Change Policies
- Return Period: You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for any special return conditions. (only applies to custom orders)
- No Refunds: items can be replaced for an item of equal or more value.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issue Damaged or Incorrect Items:
